Based on our experience in the field of strategic performance management, we have developed a Multi-Values Management Engine (MVME) for which we own an international patent. MVME's objective is to improve the management of value creation processes for the entire organization and to set up a workable methodology to manage and measure the intangibles contribution to superior performances.

We have converted the MVME into a web-based software tool called SPID™ (Strategic Performance through Intangible Development).

Launched in 2003, SPID™ represents the support for building an integrated management system that is able to identify, structure and control the value flows among knowledge, competencies, partnerships and operational systems and processes, and to measure their contributions to the overall corporate value-creation process.
