Successfull implementation of mySAP ERP at Agricola International
Agricola International company, with headquarters in Bacău, is one of the top companies on the Romanian meat processing market and one of the first private companies in this activity field. In a continuous development process, the companies choose mySAP ERP in order to gain an integrated and solid solution to ensure the right management for materials, sales and distribution processes, financial accounting and internal management accounting.
The reporting and analyzing instruments used by Agricola were not according to the company’s present needs, making hard to be used. The reporting and the cost follow-up were done slow and time-consuming. Moreover, there was no real-time information and the information security was not at the highest level the company needed. The decision to implement SAP solution was made after a serious analyzing process of all solutions present on today’s market, in order to ensure the optimization of all business processes and ensuring a fast return of investment. At the end, it was the information system mySAP ERP who won, with its management functionalities of all production, sales and distribution processes, as well as financial accounting and internal accounting.
With the new modifications in Romanian legislation, Agricola plans also adding new features for warehouse management and collaborating with bare-system equipments, as well as for auto-park management. These new functionalities will ensure more efficiency of the entire activity flux, starting from production to orders processing.
